Try Aloe vera jell on the rash. After applying either salt water, baking soda water, or camphor to the bite itself.

A steamer was the answer for us, one you use to steam clothes you just steam your mattress 4 or 5 times on both sides and let it dry. Ortho Indoor and Outdoor Spray on the carpet and walls. Put all your clothes in a high heat dryer for 20 minutes to kill the bugs in your clothes-all your clothes clean dirty, towels, linens and curtains. For the bites take showers with antibaterial soap, I took like 3 a day with a loofah so I could scrub a bit. I liked the Apricot Scrub in a loofah and using regular Listerine on all the itchy spots on a cotton ball helped me sleep. Good luck!
